My teen doesn’t have one yet. I’m pretty sure because she is always telling me that she is like the only one that doesn’t have a fake.

When you have stupid laws - like 20 year olds can’t buy beer - you will also have a robust industry breaking those laws.

My 18 year old has a fake id. I don’t care nor would I dissuade her from using it. Nor do I believe all the horror stories about felonies. They are not going to charge every single 18-20 year old in the dmv…

One of my kids did. A pretty good one at that. Pretty sure it came from China. Doesn't matter anymore. She's 21 now.

19 year old does not but she doesn't really party so no need for one.

And that’s the rub… play stupid games and win stupid prizes. Is it likely? No. BUT is it possible? YES? Worth it - thats on you and your under 21 “kid” to decide. Their brains don’t work right and they think they are invincible until… they aren’t. Best thing that ever happened to my kid was a speeding ticket after months of us telling her to slow down. It became real. Court allowed her to take driver improvement course but she did a. Have to go to court, b. Pay for all of the related expenses …. Sometimes the old fuddy duddy parents are not wrong. IT IS NOT WORTH IT. Get your alcohol from your idiot friend when they use their fake.

No China does not have all of their info. They're not sending someone their actual ID. They send a picture, a DOB and an address. None of them have to be their actual info-they can pick anything they want. So yeah, China has info, whose info is anyone's guess.
