This PP is exactly right. We need a new candidate and it is not too late! This pandemic has made it possible for party leadership to step in and do things they might not under normal conditions.
However, it needs to happen soon!

Independents have given their highest job approval to Trump EVER in just released Gallup poll:

“Most of the variation in Trump's recent job approval rating is among independents. In the current poll, 47% of independents approve of the job he is doing as president, the highest Gallup has measured for the group to date. “

Trying to verify a story is not "going after"

Umm, okay.

It's not, you fcking maroon. That's how reporting and vetting works.

I'm from that generation and I remember thigh highs. Don't you? They were all the rage,
Any plenty of women have worn stockings with a garter versus actual pantyhose. Some do for health reasons.

Not in the early 90s

Yes, in the early 90s. My mother bought them for me. Who they hell are you to speak for all women and products?

I am someone who was in my early 20s in the early 90s.

And so was I! Yet, I was given and WORE thigh highs!

I agree that was the only slightly weak part of the interview. Nonetheless, the obvious likely explanation is that many of those old policy position papers are dated by today's standards, and it would be like the busing discussion raised by Kamala Harris all over again. A political distraction and not relevant.

Or, there is something there that he doesn't want made public.

Graduated college in 89. I wore thigh highs in the early 90's. Let's just give this argument a rest. It has turned out to be irrelevant.

Only unintelligent people resort to vulgar name-calling. Not a good look for you and your argument.

Which supports the call to run someone other than Biden.

Yep. Independents vote mostly economic policies and see through the media BS blaming Trump for the pandemic. Sorry folks. They may not personally like Trump, but they want an strong economic leader and team in place. Current unemployment rates in the 20 percent range and Trump has approval ratings like that? Biden is toast.

Once again, she isn't claiming thigh highs. She said her legs were bare because it was too hot to wear hosiery. In DC in early spring, around the time of a major snow storm, she claims that it was too hot to follow dress code requirements by wearing hose.

This is about rethuglicans who only care about the 1% and der Trump is the leader of them.

Vote Blue no matter who! Every vote counts so do not waste it by not voting or voting for some 3rd party candidate.

Sorry, but no. I cannot vote for that senile creep. I will sit this one out or go 3rd party.

Then you will essentially be voting for Trump. WHen will people understand that our elections often force us to either have no voice at all or vote for the candidate that we feel is the lesser of 2 evils? That's just the way it is, and you sitting this one out won't change a thing. One of them will still be president. If you want to take a stand against our process, then great! It does suck! But please find a way to do so in an effective way that won't result in 4 more years of Trump.

If you feel so strongly that this is correct (I don't, BTW), then you need to get on your party leaders to get him replaced. Biden is not the person for this campaign, or to run against Trump, or for the job of President. You know that as well as I do and yet "we" allowed this to happen.

Sorry, but no. If we have to live through four more years of Trump to make this point, I think the longer term end game is worth it.

If you actually believe this, you were never going to vote for a Dem anyway. You make absolutely no sense.

At first I was also alarmed by his reaction. But after giving it some thought and watching it again, I think he either didn't understand what she was asking or didn't think it was reasonable. He was tripped up when she asked if they could do a search for just Tara's name, which would keep searchers from seeing any classified documents. I'm not so sure that those documents are in an electronic format that would allow you to search someone's name. If they are in such a format, I'm not sure that Biden knows this or that this was his first thought. I think that he was envisioning someone manually searching through old papers/documents to find her name. He seemed confused by her request, not guilty.
