What about RD and full pay?

And 75% have parents who can afford $300k for one undergrad degree. Terrible stats.

With what stats? In the median for admits last year, top 25% or bottom 25%?

Great school. Rhodes Scholar last week. Grad schools and employers know its rigor.

Actually, it’s more like $500k because you are paying in after tax dollars.

34 ACT

Wake has long been test optional, middle 50 percentiles ACT 1340-1470, ACT 30-33.

I'd be interested to know if Wake is ever willing to make the trade, accept a student with low(ish) GPA and high test scores.

In the Covid era, SAT/ACT scores are like money in the bank that should pay great dividends.

How so if schools are going test optional? Do you think schools will look more for getting scores to keep their standardized test stats high?

34 ACT

FWIW My DC with lower scores (32 ACT) is applying RD and was told by their college counselor that they wouldn’t get in to WF unless applying ED. I suspect a 34 will be competitive for ED. Good luck!

What's the campus like? I took the virtual tour but had a hard time understanding the campus layout and of course no sense of the "vibe".

The campus is gorgeous. It is RichFolk, not WakeFolk.
