Can the therapist be present for the interview?

I am a criminal defense attorney (and a mother). The criminal legal system is fair to no one. Your child will have her life upended by these allegations. You will have countless meetings with detectives and prosecutors and if the charges are pursued she will have to testify before a grand jury. If the case goes to trial (sex cases are more likely to get tried than other charges) she will have to testify in a public trial (assuming the accused is an adult). Before her testimony she will have to be prepped by the prosecutor and at the trial she will be cross examined by a defense attorney.
