I dreamed about him last night for the first time in years, and the sweetness of his voice is still with me from the dream. It makes me sad. I know we weren't right, but he was my Great Love. I wonder where he is today. I don't dare google him because I can't risk opening myself up to the terrible pain I felt the time I tried to reconnect, years ago. I will always love him.

As long as you can keep him in his place and be open to more real relationships, enjoy. But you might want to start distancing yourself from him, just to make sure you can. If he’s really your Mr. Big you won’t lose him, he’ll still be around if/when you want him again.

I don’t think I have ever had a Mr. Big. I have dated rich men, but never for longer than a few months. I would guess my DH was a Mr. Big to several other women before he met me because of his job and unavailability. When he met me he changed his life around and was done playing. He had aged several women for over a few years around the world.

OP, if he does not want to commit to you, he does not deserve you. Stay only for the sex if you can do that, but not feelings
