DiSabato has little credibility. He has been involved in several lawsuits - including one against OSU. He has also been sued for defamation and libel.

Jordan knew that the doctor "Soaped himself and took lots of showers" in front of adult wrestlers? That's the evidence that he was aware of abuse?

Jordon doesn't deny knowledge of the situation.

It would have been too easy for him to say there was locker room talk but he didn't take seriously the conversation and in changing times, he regrets that decision.

Instead, he tries to undermine the now 5 teammates who have come forward about this.

Think about this: This was well over 20 years ago. It was a different time. Do you really think anyone who was touched by the doctor would have told others about it? Young male athletes? Seriously? There could have been some snide comments--like he has an eye for the guys, or something like that. In those days, there were few people who were "out." Do you really think they would have told others that the doc touched them? And got by with it?

Sounds like a lot of it was locker room behavior that went too far. Jordan thought it was fine for the doc to shower with students.

Some of the victims say that they told Jordan about inappropriate doctor exams and he brushed them off. Then his multiple public denials, starting in April in Ohio papers, spurred all of this.
