| Since SACC is now open, I think you're safe. The only time they changed on the later side, conditions were much worse than this. |

They have definitely closed after SACC has opened, as I remember my husband had to turn around on his commute in and pick up the kids. However, it was soon after SACC opened so not too late in the day. |
