Do you remember when you were still figuring out dating in your twenties and you had that one relationship that was ALL DRAMA, ALL DAY LONG. You would just finish one crisis -- were you flirting with someone else, maybe, when all of a sudden there was another crisis, and somehow this one was even bigger, like they thought you disrespected their time by being late for the movies or something. No matter what, the drama just continues until the break up finally, mercifully happened.
Oh please, Congress, won't you please take pity on your exhausted constituents and impeach this fool already? We can't focus anymore on what's really important in our lives because he keeps sucking all the air out of the room. Can you get to it please? |

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Donald Trump abruptly fired FBI Director James Comey Tuesday, saying it was necessary to restore “public trust and confidence” in the nation’s top law enforcement agency following several tumultuous months. “The FBI is one of our nation’s most cherished and respected institutions, and today will mark a new beginning for our crown jewel of law enforcement,” Trump said in a statement. The White House said the search for a new FBI director was beginning immediately. The White House made the stunning announcement shortly after the FBI corrected a sentence in Comey’s sworn testimony on Capitol Hill last week. Comey told lawmakers that Huma Abedin, a top aide to Hillary Clinton, had sent “hundreds and thousands” of emails to her husband’s laptop, including some with classified information. On Tuesday, the FBI said in a two-page letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee that only “a small number” of the thousands of emails found on the laptop had been forwarded there while most had simply been backed up from electronic devices. Most of the email chains on the laptop containing classified information were not the result of forwarding, the FBI said. Comey, 56, was nominated by President Barack Obama for the FBI post in 2013 to a 10-year term. Yes. That's what's so frightening. It's obvious that Trump initiated this firing. Why would the supposedly non partisan new AG go along with this - using the pathetic excuse of Comey's poor decision making in coming out re the Weiner laptop emails. This smells to high heaven. |

Trump wasn't looking for any reason to get rid ignorance Comey as was Sessions.
The sad fact is that Comey was probably too impartial for them - even though no doubt the way he handled the whole HRC-Huma emails before the election sucked. But Trump is likely looking for someone he can totally and completely control. And that's f-ing scary. |
