Will Paul Ryan move to impeach Trump in 2017 or 2018?

I don't even think he'll let them start. He'll just make like Sarah Palin and quit.

I don't think he knows how to quit. Rather than quit, he'll take everyone down with him. I COULD possibly see him claiming a medical reason as an excuse though.

"Doctors say my brain is literally too great for this job. I am too amazing. Some people are saying I am too good for this job. BIG BRAIN." or something equally addled.

Originally, thought that impeachment under article 2, section 4 of the constitution would be how trump's presidency ends. In light of his recent actions, delusional belief in voter fraud that even spicer can't manage to say he also believes, and the January 25 interview obsessing about his popularity, starting to think that instead that pence and the cabinet (once confirmed) will invoke the 25th amendment to the constitution, section 4. (Google It). All that requires is that they transmit to the congress written declaration that president is "unable to discharge the duties of his office." as trump becomes more and more unhinged during his public speaking - that will becomes the easiest path and then elected R officials don't have to worry about taking the heat from the trump mob. They regreably just uphold the constitution and "put country before party." In their own humble words they become Heros of the democracy. Well that or trump starts nuclear war with someone and its all over for everyone.

It will get a lot worse before the grown ups step in - but you know people are already drafting their declarations!

This is never, ever going to happen. The Republicans are going to ride this monster to the very end. They are not about leadership. They are not about the country. They are not going to do anything to admit in any way that Trump was a bad president or a bad candidate. They will stick with him and do anything he wants because this is all about power.

Republicans: Party over country. Every single time.

Completely hear you. But the cabinet is not elected - so they have som much more room and don't have to worry about the next election cycle. So if faced with an illegal order to torture, or start a war, they may instead opt for the 25th amendment route. What would be key, would be that they feel personally affronted by trump screaming at them. They are all rich powerful people and can walk. So that is how it might happen. Grow to hate trump, sick of being yelled at, feel lied to, feel langrybthat trump put them in an untenable position. Wake up one day and say to them self. Nope I'm done. Have your own personal fortune and decide don't actually want to go to war with Iran or North Korea or Mexico and so they write up a declaration rather than resign. Decide that ending the world is not actually in their own personal best interest. Again - it will get much worse before that happens but perhaps pride and self preservation might motivate them. It millions are protesting in the streets and trump is raving mad tweeting that will help of course.

People are saying, I don't know. They're telling me we should look into it.

Nah. They're mostly multimillionaires and billionaires who stand to profit from a Trump Administration. Pence and Priebus have to medicate this lunatic.

No, I've heard that too. Many, many people are saying it.

NO!

I would be shocked if that happened.

Dems need to win seats in the house in 2018.

2017 or early 2018. The GOP would need time to repair the damage before the midterms in late 2018.

democrat delusion and desperation continues.... did you all put on your tin foil hat or p*ssy hat this morning?

Priebus was ready to tender his resignation on Saturday. Deflecting and calling this a lie doesn't change the reality.

You keep posting that we are deluded, but you are clearly the one who is out of touch with what is happening. Millions of people are not protesting around the world because they are sore losers. This man is not fit to serve.
