Will Paul Ryan move to impeach Trump in 2017 or 2018?

Why would the republican congress ever impeach Trump? He is doing exactly what they want him to do right now. He is keeping all of the heat on himself via silly things like the size of the inauguration crowd, while at the same time providing cover for the republicans in congress to do exactly what he wants. Cut off funding for things they don't like, cancel rules and regulations they don't like, appoint conservative cabinet members and soon justices. Trump is the republican congress's wet dream right now. They love him.

I think they'll wait until the 2018 elections. If the Republicans are slammed, then they'll start impeachment proceedings so that Pence is in place for the 2020 election.

Mental health professionals who actually arrive at a diagnosis without even seeing the patient? I have family members and other associates who are physicians and other healthcare professionals and they would literally laugh at anyone who offered a diagnosis without seeing the patient.

No one is offering an actual diagnosis of course, just observing behavior that may or may not overlap with personality disorder symptoms.
