Of course it does. But, for the love of Pete, look at the bigger picture. Does Trump appear to you to be someone who embraces real or implied responsibilities? |
Well, I was the one who raised the issue and I am not a liberal or a Dem. Maybe it is me being silly, but I think it smells funny for the newly elected PEOTUS to be urging people via social media to patronize the business of a donor. It sends a terrible message and leaves him and the administration open to legitimate criticism. We should least pretend to care about perception and ethics. This is an unwelcome distraction and it seems that he cannot avoid them. |
Uh no. Lame ass cultural appropriation, Buffy. |
Eddie Bauer and Land's End just lost 10% off their quarterly earnings, as all the right winger sales flock to LL Bean. The employees in Wisconsin, Ohio, and Illinois will all suffer to feed Trump's ego.
American businesses need to start trying to get PEOTUS to pimp their products. How long before Eric and Don Jr. start licensing the Trump name for profit? Kleptocracy begins. |
You are crazy. |
You're a little late. ![]() |
Ok...thanks for that insightful response. |
Kind of like the left is blowing it up here? |
how many more product endorsements will he do? |
"Real Americans"? What makes you think you get to decide who is a "real" American? Maybe I think you're not a "real American" because you blindly support a treasonous shill for a foreign dictator? |
Huh? Maine is a blue state. |
To be fair, it was a really efficient attempt at gaslighting |
Maybe not an issue now, but it will be next week. http://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/news/314103-trumps-ll-bean-tweet-breaks-wh-policy |
I legit LOLed at this |
I'm a flaming liberal, and have so much LL Bean stuff, it's crazy. |
