Most of them are from specific parts/countries of Europe, actually, and attitudes toward nude modeling and porn are not consistent across the European continent, or even within the population of any specific European country. And this is because it just costs less to produce porn there (the "actresses" will work for less because those countries are very poor in general). That doesn't mean that all or even most of the population of those countries considers nude modeling or porn "no big deal."

I only speak English so I don't have a problem with her accent or poor English.

I do not think she is qualified to be First Lady- no college education--and a bachelors degree is really the bare minimum. Recent First Ladies have all been well-educated.
For someone as wealthy as she is, she appears to have zero charitable pursuits, which really is frankly gross and shows poor character.
She also pursued her husband while he was married, and cheated on her visa requirements.
