I'm a celebrity nanny- Ask me anything

What is your experience with these parents concern for privacy, about their kids' privacy?
Is it a common topic among them? I wonder if it depends on the industry that made the families their money and status. For example, I would think Obama may have a stern talking to his girls if they pull something stupid versus the Beckham boys doing something unsavory and newsworthy.

I feel like Jen Garner is a good celebrity mom. Any comment?

I have signed several but usually it's a 50k fine per statement for life. I worked for one family who didn't have their staff sign agreements and their nanny (long after I had left) went to the press when things went wrong.

[b]Jennifer garner is a great mom, so is Sandra bullock
.

Are they friends with your clients?
[b]

I can't answer that, except to say from what I have observed personally they are both excellent, involved and hands on moms. Really great.

Well I'm done attempting to figure out who you work for? It could be anybody. Glad JG and SB kids are in caring homes.

How do you find your next position when you're ready to leave a family?
Do you work through an agency or just personal references?
Is your relationship with the families who employ you all business? Do you stay in touch with any of your past families?

Why do they give their kids such odd names?

Do the chefs prepare meals for the kids? Do you also get to eat meals prepared by the chef?

Do you ever attend parties/events with the kids?

How are other families vetted for play dates? (to avoid people trying to get to know family just bc they're celebs?) Or do the kids only play w/other celebs' kids?
Do celebs use wacky email addresses?
Do they have Facebook accts using pseudonyms or is there a private FB-like network just for celebs where they can share pics w/their other celeb friends?
Do you take pics of the kids in their day to day activities for them?

Have you worked for celebrities in different industries? Are there across-the-board differences between, for example, actors vs. politicians vs. business people etc?

Of media depictions of nannies for super-wealthy people such as "Nanny Diaries", "Uptown Girls", "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt" etc, which is the most accurate if any? Is there any movie/TV show/book that could give us a picture of what your job is like?

What do your friends and family think of your job? My family would be constantly asking for details and driving me crazy!

Do they typically have a nanny who regularly works nights, too, or just a night nurse for newborns? Does each kid in the family usually have his or her own nanny?
