Neighor is crazy. As long as you pick up then who cares. Our neighbor has a "free range" dog (his words not mine) who he let's shit and pee all over our yard and doesn't pick up. That's not ok!

Bad news. Walkers/joggers/runners go past your house every day. Some spit and hawk lugies on your lawn as they are going by (allergies). The wind blows over trashcans and debris gets blown into your yard. Birds crap. Cats pee.
