Aww, well, I can't tell you how many times actually meeting a wonderful person with a name I would loathe on paper has changed my perception of it...hopefully it will be the same with you and your Grayson! |
I think it is a lovely girl's name. Because you call them Grace. |
| no no no |
A friend just named their boy Grayson. I like it.
I have only heard of it for a few girls (all very young). |
When I was watching men's basketball during March Madness, I can't hearing about a player with the first name of Grayson. Don't remember what team though. Definitely can be either a boy or girl name.
| It's been very popular with the Baltimore set for several years now, which should be enough to give one pause. |
"Kept hearing," not can't.
I am 34, a woman, and my name is Grayson. So to me it is not "new".
The "Baltimore set"? Who is the "Baltimore set", and why is it bad to do things they way they do? |
Kinda cute + definitely a unique moniker.
| I have a relative and a friend with this name. Both boys. I think the namers would be appalled if it becomes a girls' name. |
Guess you didn't watch the NCAA Finals (see Duke basketball) ... |
i know a gracen who people only call gracie or gracie, including her parents.
so why didn't they just name her grace? |
I never had an issue with names that can be used for a boy or a girl. I am a 25 year old female with the first name of Kyle - and I have always loved it.
The only Grayson I know is a ten-year-old girl. I think it's adorable for either a boy or a girl. |
I think it is a nice name for a girl.
Because you can call them Grace, if you want to. |
