residency cheater

I know the PG county (yes, it's PG) address and phone number for this family (via simple google search). I know they don't live in the DC house because I am friends with the people who own the house!
It appears these cheaters picked an address out of the phone book and it worked (so far).
I will keep emailing and calling until this is resolved.
I hate this kind of deception.

That sounds ridiculous. A random address??? Ummm.... No way! How did they give any proof of residency then?

This type of fraud (Marylander using a fake DC address) makes me crazy.

Thank you!!

Did you read the thread?

Change address online at work, print new paycheck with address. That's all the school requires.

I presented my DC license and filled out the OSSE affidavit and I was later called to bring in very specific proof. In case I was an outlier I won't say what it was. Cheaters get nifty with fraud when in a pinch, so I won't help them out there. Anyways, long story short, I provided the very specific item (because I am a legit resident) and all was well. The item they requested would be hard to forge, so if this happens to you and your a cheater, your ass is grass. Perhaps my charter is more diligent than others, but this may be happening at others because people are fed up with cheaters and cracking down.

Yep. Driver's license and registration is not enough.

Drivers license and registration is enough. Same requirements for DCPS and Charter.

We'll it is April but in ops defense she has posted this continuously cine September...who knows the particulars...maybe the directory had a typo. Maybe OP doesn't like people with browner skin invading her utopian elementary school. She should report, and if it is determined to be a violation the kid should not be allowed back next year.

If not a violation, OP needs to get over it. It is Easter season. She is NOT holier than thou!

I live in PG, but my car and license are registered in DC. That's all you need for residency proof, not my lease.

We're at LAMB. Driver's license and registration IS NOT enough. I was asked for additional docs.

Have you ever enroll yor child in a DCPS? Proof of residence is not as simple as presenting a fake paycheck.

I asked this question earlier, but received no answer.

I think you will be surprised. Schools, especially the schools with long wait lists, are asking for a little more.

Well we know this person does not work for the Feds. Addresses are not on federal pay stubs.
