My name is Caroline, and my middle name is Joyce. Carol is my grandmother’s name on my dad’s side, and Joyce is my grandmother’s name on my mom’s side. therefore, my name is Caroline Joyce. My nickname is C.J. I’m the only girl i know with the name ‘C.J’ because many chose nicknames for just the name Caroline. I love my nickname so much, and I love how my name has meaning to it. Many people call me Caroline, and many people call me C.J. so i get uuse out of both of the names. Many call me “ceej” (S-EE-J) and i love being called that as well. I love my name so much, because it is so unique.

You realize that the child that was asked about it now 6 years old. I think that by now, they've figured out what to call her (or she's decided herself what she wants to be called).

By the way it was written I’m pretty sure a 14 year old was googling her name and came across the post. We can cut the child some slack. Glad you feel unique, CJ!

My daughter is Caroline. We call her by her first and middle initial in text, but her full name in person. If you want to not use the nickname, when someone says it, just respond using her full name.

"Does Cici want to join us tomorrow?"
"I'm sure Caroline would love that, thanks for the invitation!"

They'll get the hint.

Happy to report that the original Caroline in question is in fact six years old now. No one has called her Cece in years. Thank god!!!

Please just call her Caroline. Just let one child on this board live without a stupid nickname. Nicknames are not required

Please just let one person on this board check the date of a post and the most recent page before offering their stupid opinion.
