Adoption costs?

I don't know of any international adoption that costs $20,000. I would consider $30,000 the minimum.
Russia and surrounding countries often require two trips so that will add to the costs.
We adopted from Vietnam in 2007 and it was about $33,000 with travel and documentation costs. We thought this was pretty cheap.
Didn't get any tax refund so I can't help with that.
The HHI was lower back then so we just missed it.
