The conservatives do t even want a mosque near WTC. Even blocks away from the site.

Not really interested in a mosque being built over body parts of those killed in an attack by Islamic terrorists on 9/11.

Conservatives are emotional, not logical.

If you take a look at where Muslims build mosques and why, you'd see I AM being logical.

OMG you are such a total dumbass. Thousands of years ago, we were converting pagan temples to Christian ones. For instance the Pantheon, or the Cathedral in Cordoba, Spain. And Hagia Sophia, referenced in the story, actually started out Greek Orthodox until the Roman Catholics took it over.

It's so sad to see Christians who have to get their religious history from a web page. Didn't anyone teach you at home or school or church?

I am Jewish. Nice profiling though

The fact is, Muslims build their mosques on places of conquest. That is undeniable. They have no business building a mosque on an area where there are bits of bodies of those they killed.

Nice, coming from a people who built their holiest site on the ruins of a Canaanite temple.

Nice, coming from someone who is not Christian. Have you considered protesting the construction of temples on land taken from Palestinian farmers?

Not while there is a dispute over who rightfully owns the land. I know you've decided it's the evil Israelis vs. the helpless Palestinians but that's not quite how it is.

You don't know what I think. I was calling out your hypocrisy.

It's pretty clear that the settlements defy international law, regardless of who rightfully owns the legal boundaries of Israel.

Are you in support of the government confiscating someone's land that they've paid for in-full?

Israel did not exist prior to 1948. Every temple built in Israel since 1948 is on conquered land.

Moreover, there is no dispute over the ownership of the land on which the NYC Islamic center was built. It's amazing how you change your arguments to fit each post.

If someone steals a computer and sells it to me, what happens to the computer once the owner locates it?

OK

So the NON-Catholic has decided to share his/her "expertise" on the Catholic church?

The NON-Catholic understands what it means to be in the priesthood?

The NON-Catholic has ex-priests as friends.

The NON-Catholic attended Catholic school (I did, btw) and can speak about Catholicism.

I highly doubt you're a credible source. But your posts are funny! Thanks for sharing.

That's me you're calling a moron. I'm not Catholic and never have been. It's your stupid humor, anecdotal points and name-calling that turn threads into cesspools of stupidity that would turn anyone off.

However, one of the posters you are sparring with IS a lifelong Catholic.

I was commenting on you and your behavior, not on the Catholic Church. That should have been obvious to you.
