How is "implied consent" even a thing? So if I take clients out for dinner to convince them to sign up with my business, I am giving them permission to rape me?

The defense lawyers have to come up with something. They can't exactly say nothing happened-these idiots took pics, passed them around and taped themselves bragging about it.
