Kash Patel In Italy drinking

Anonymous
Supposedly, he was in Italy to discuss "security."

When I had a clearance, which I assume Patel has, shotgunning beers and acting like a drunk fool, wasn’t looked at favorably. Neither was storing classified material in your home’s bathroom.

So glad I left the Federal Government. Top officials do anything they please, without consequence. Worker bees on the other hand, are held to the highest standards, which they should be, but turns laughable when mirrored with wreckless actions of some senior officials.

Is there some sort of unpublicized competition among presidential appointees/cabinet secretaries to see who is the biggest embarrassment? Hegseth, Noem, Lutnick, Bondi, Labor's Chavez-Remer, and now Patel, are in the running. God help us.

Is it a good look? Maybe not. But, it is not illegal or unethical.

If a public servant is on official travel, funded by the U.S. taxpayer, there are in fact regs governing behavior, activities and gifts the public servant may receive.

Yep and Patel would know that if he took his annual ethics training like the rest of us Feds. Damn these people make me so angry villainizing Feds left and right when they’re the real villains. Disgusting.

The Tucson sheriff is in charge of Nancy Guthrie investigation. FBI is assisting, but sheriff chose to send DNA to his own privately contracted lab rather than FBI.
The sheriff is a Democrat.

Tell me, which administration convicted Epstein? So you think this is appropriate behavior from an FBI Director? It’s okay to acknowledge this guy’s an unqualified clown. And don’t come back to me with some “both sides” nonsense.

Your jealousy is showing.

He was invited by the team. He is a big hockey fan. This was not "official." His meetings with the security people were official.

LOL, he literally flew over for the hockey game. Stop defending the indefensible.

Did he bring his girlfriend? (of course he did)

What? Epstein's only conviction was in 2008 on state charges. Acosta worked for Bush at the time and Epstein was given IMMUNITY from federal charges.

Okay, he was indicted and jailed during the Trump administration.

Acosta was told to stand down by the FBI because Epstein was an intelligence asset.

Rules/policies governing conflicts of interest and behavior govern government employees generally, regardless of travel.

1. He is required to travel on the FBI plane any time he travels--personal or public.
2. Where is the conflict of interest here?

DP. Did you say the same thing when Kash used the FBI plane to fly to:

*attend a pro-wrestling event where girlfriend Alexis Wilkins performed/sang the national anthem at Penn State. Jet then flew her home to Nashville, TN, the next day.
*fly to a side trip to "Boondoggle Ranch," a luxury private hunting resort in Texas (hosted by a GOP donor/friend).
*fly to to Stewart International Airport for an FBI charity hockey event; next day to JFK to watch Alex Ovechkin break the NHL goals record from luxury box seats (next to Wayne Gretzky).
*fly with "four or five friends" for a private golf excursion in Scotland.

Ps. This is only a partial list. I have deets on all the flights, if you're interested.

Kash really is kashing in on every perk he can get his hands on. And Republicans have gone blind, deaf and dumb despite all their screaming about government wasting taxpayer money.

The director of the FBI should not be behaving in such a disgraceful manner. The FBI is a serious agency, with deadly serious work. The current director is badly damaging its image.

For shame.

Acosta should be in jail. "Intelligence" my eye.

Oh, yes. Shame on him! So disgraceful to congratulate and celebrate with our American Gold Medal winning hockey team!
