-He was born there.
-His mother attended undergrad and grad school there.
-My father attended undergrad and law school there.
-My FIL taught there for 26 years
-I worked there from 1996-2004
-My family and my wife's family have been making annual donations since June of 1966.

Not only was he rejected, but we didn't even get so much as an acknowledgement that they turned down a 5 degree legacy.

F&&k Georgetown. Not only will they never see another dime from any of us, but I will openly disparage them at any opportunity.

This has got to be a troll. 4.1 with a 1350 SAT barely gets you into GMU never mind Georgetown.

GMU has guaranteed admission for NOVA HS grads, genius.

That's a pretty wild claim. Do you have firsthand experience with all four colleges?

Georgetown was built on slaves' backs. I wouldn't let them see a dime from my family. Funny how the Asians don't care.

Tell me you're a Catholic nut job without telling me you're a Catholic nut job.

Cross Yale off the list too, then.

No, it doesn’t. It has that program for only 9 Princeton William High Schools - mostly lower income. Read and learn. https://www.pwcs.edu/departments/student_services/college_and_career_planning/gmu_direct_admissions#:~:text=Direct%20Admissions%20to%20George%20Mason,the%20Back%20to%20School%20Packet:.

+1. Harvard too. Read “Slavery at American Colleges and Universities” in wiki.

NP here. This isn't correct. My child at West Springfield HS in Fairfax County received guaranteed admission, as did many others at WS.

Fairfax County participates in this too; I promise you.

+1. My son's best friend (ACHS '24) attends GMU under this program.

PP is just an ignorant fool.

Anyone that willing sends their child to a school built by slaves is, by default, an actual racist. Shame on them.

Just toured recently with dd. She wants a bit farther from home, but thought would be nice to tour anyway. What didn’t you like or what were you expecting given that you know where it is, what surprises were you expecting?

Says the guy who called me a moron when he claimed all NOVA grads got guaranteed admissions. No, it’s only 17 participating high schools, 9 in Prince William county. Look it up before you post insults next time. Google participating high schools NOVAadmissions GMU. Oh! And it’s not guarantted. It’s only guaranteed if you meet the minimum GPA, etc. requirement.

Asians never owned slaves in America.
There were more black slaveowners than asian slaveowners in America.
