But I wonder if she'll be fired right before March. Would she still have to testify? Or would they send the new head of DHS to say "I don't know. I wasn't there."

She can be compelled to testify anyway.

Besides Tillis and Murkowski, the following Republicans made some negative comments after the Pretti murder but didn't call for Noem's impeachment or firing.

Remember, a judge in Chicago already publicly said Bovino is not truthful. I bet Bovino gave Noem a synopsis after the Alex Pretti shooting. He did not count on all the video that was uploaded that shows the Border officers' story was false. The woman in the pink coat uploaded her video of the shooting immediately and said the Border Patrol agents were taking witnesses into custody. She somehow got away. There were only about 12 civilians on that block at the time of the shooting. Later video came from someone across the street from the incident, and the person in the white car the struggle happened in front of uploaded a video. The two Border agents had body cams and Alex was filming with his phone. I bet those videos will get lost. Anyway, after further scrutiny, Bovino told a story and made Noem, Miller and Vance look like bigger liars than they intended. Knives out for Bovino.

Miller wrote the Bovino/Noem talking points. There a side by side video circulating on the socials. Same talking points, written by Miller.

He is running the White House!
