I would love for Dems to introduce a ban on guns in public and call it the “Trump Public Gun Ban Act.” Dare the Rs to oppose it after their god just endorsed the idea

Sure but that’s not all that needs to happen. It’s not an isolated incident or a couple of bad apples. It’s systemic rot.

Their behavior would change quickly if a few of them got prosecuted. They think they are untouchable and so far have been proven correct

The only one who will get away with his crimes is Trump - he's too old, and Congress won't get its act together to remove him.

But Noem and others should be VERY concerned. They can be investigated and sued long after Trump is dead and gone. They're young and healthy and justice will get them at some point...

... unless they ask for a preemptive pardon from Trump. If I were them, that's what I would be planning right now.

And if that happens, well, perhaps some vigilante will get them in the end.
