When a senator confronts her about cases like the Hmong man and Mirimar, she claims she is not familiar with the case. Why do they not confront her that she SHOULD be familiar with the cases given their notoriety and, in the case of Marimar , her office announced that she was a violent terrorist and those statements remain on the DHS website today. DHS pursued a criminal case against Marimar which they lost resoundingly. Body cam footage they tried to suppress was released showing the agent lied. Everyone knew this. But she says she doesn't know anything about it?

Ma'am, your JOB is to know it.

They should also ask her if she has figured out what habeas corpus is, ask her why her agency continues to violate court orders and what she's going to do about it.
