Crawling into the nearest hole I hope.

He left because he was disgusted with Spanberger making decisions before she was actually sworn in as governor - and I don't blame him. She could have waited a day to reorganize but she chose not to. *shrug*

Naw, he left because we were disgusted with him. Worst governor in Virginian history.

He’s definitely not the worst governor in history. I’m a lifelong Virginian. How quickly you forget McDonnell.

Youngkin was ok, he wasn’t the worst at all.

White is what suffragettes wore. As the first woman elected to be the governor, it was an intentional and symbolic move. Also, I’m guessing that she has more important things to worry about than how heavy she did/didn’t look as she was about to take on the highest elected position in the state.

Yes I figured that it was something performative like that. Still a mistake. She needs to pay more attention to how she looks. She’s not in little district of VA anymore.

Christ, what an arsehole.

Why? Because you disagree?

Because you're a petty misogynist.

DP. Have the two of you taken a look at the Trump Women fashion thread recently (or ever)? That's misogynist central, but somehow, I bet you're ok with it.

No, I avoid that entire trash heap.

Go start a thread in fashion if you want to discuss dumb-ass topics. This is local politics forum.

I'm not the person who started talking about her clothes.

Why do you keep repeating yourself and ordering people around?

I hadn't considered this, but I think you're right.

Also there was nothing wrong with what she was wearing. It was appropriate to the weather and occasion. Who cares if it wasn't high fashion? I don't expect her to dress like Nancy Pelosi, one of the wealthiest people in Congress. Nancy has access to celeb- level styling plus the funds to pay for it. She's not a reasonable comparitor.

You know that’s a really good point. I’m the poster who commented that the white made her look 10-15 pounds heavier. But this could explain that.

Crawling into the nearest hole I hope.

He left because he was disgusted with Spanberger making decisions before she was actually sworn in as governor - and I don't blame him. She could have waited a day to reorganize but she chose not to. *shrug*
