| 3 people, 1500 sq ft. 3 bed, 2 bath. Works well for us. More space might be nice, but not worth it to us. Living below our means has allowed us to pay off the mortgage and live on a single income. For us those things bring us more joy than a bigger house, but it’s all about personal preference |
