DC Deferred at WUSTL - Move on?

Huh? You can’t go from deferred ED1 to ED2. Why are you mentioning ED2 at all?

When you are deferred ED1, you are placed in their RD pool, and it’s not binding any more. Yes, you can ED2 to your second choice.
