Well, apparently scores are what they are looking for for this program. I don't think that's insane. It makes for a group of sharp-thinkers, whether hard-workers or not.

The issue is that grading is inconsistent at schools. The HSPT is standardized.

All Bs and Cs? Weird. They wouldn’t qualify for Scholars required classes with those grades.

Brace yourself for the college application process. There will be plenty of kids with great stats who won’t get in to xyz school or program. This is life!

Sharp thinking? I know several elementary schools that purposefully put up equations all over their walls while the kids were taking the HSPT. Please. This test is so biased
