Even Cannon has had to follow the law. She's not a complete idiot. When she can, she favors Trump, but she doesn't always have that choice. A complete lack of evidence is just that, and any judge will have to throw out the case.

We haven't come to that yet, PP. Comey has more chances of having his indictment thrown out than not.

If the facts that are floating out there are true, Comey will have a pretty strong case for Summary Judgement as well as sanctions on the prosecuting attorneys.

Jurors won't vote guilty. Anyway, this is a harassment indictment. I don't like it, but at the same time I believe the parts of the federal government harassed Trump, and it was politically motivated and accelerated by incompetence. And I am not a fan of Mr. Trump.
