Did Comey steal defense documents and lie to the court about them?

Think long and hard before carrying out Trump's dirty work. He is safe. You are not.

I don't understand this myth. "I was only following legal orders" is an absolute defense.

PLEASE tell me you don't have a law degree.

It couldn’t have happened to a nicer guy.

I’m sure the “underwear drawer being searched” sounds worse than it actually was. An agent probably opened a drawer and closed it as soon as he/she realized what it was.

MAGA is going after all perceived enemies. This is just the beginning.

Well, Blondi got her ham sandwich. Let's see what happens when a judge gets a gander at it.

I was told how rigorous the grand jury system is by leftists. Now suddenly, it's a 180 for Comey.

Stevie Wonder could see this line of debate coming.

These leftists clearly weren't prosecutors or former prosecutors. A grand jury is a prosecutor's tool, they run the show and can carefully craft the evidence presented, especially if they have ethical challenges. The defendant gets NO opportunity to present their case or question the government's. This is why the old adage about indicting a ham sandwich.

A judge has the power to toss a case that smells, as does a sensible jury after seeing the evidence tested in a court of law with a skilled defense attorney advocating for the truth.

Lindsey Halligan, what joke. Third Tier law school grad, never tried a case in her life. She should be reviewing sales contracts for trailer homes in Alabama.

Yeah but what a rack, no? And all that really matters is how well she blows the Felon, both figuratively and literally.

Do we know if Halligan appeared in front of the Grand Jury?

Motion to dismiss on about 2 dozen grounds including malicious prosecution will be filed by Monday. Motion for sanctions the day the indictment is tossed. Complaints against Vance, Bondi, Blanche and Halligan to be filed with the respective bars simultaneously.

This will be done by Halloween.
