This is actually true. The issue that would likely prevent Tylenol being approved for OTC today is that the therapeutic dose is so close to the dangerous dose. It’s well inside the margin of error for normal OTC drugs these days. Would likely be prescription only. |

Did not read all the replies but IME the trick is to hydrate very well BEFORE you drink. So, lots of extra water the whole day of. Better yet, an electrolyte drink or two in the afternoon (liquid IV or similar).
And if you are eating a meal, should have some starch like bread. That all being said, very normal to have less tolerance in your 40s. I’m also in my 40s and don’t drink much anymore. |
