Yes, the white male acting director is one of Trump’s criminal defense attorneys. Which means that he has probably visited a library at least once at some point. This is what it looks like when people are hired based on who they know rather than on what they know.

DP. You are missing PP’s point. PP was responding to someone who was saying she was qualified for her job because she was a woman and black. And honestly, if you say someone is a woman and black, that doesn’t tell you at all if they are qualified. It might even make you think they are more likely than not NOT qualified, and instead were hired for a quota.

In this case, it sounds like this person was qualified and that she was only fired due to politics. I think that is a shame.
