Ah yes, everything Trump says is genius, until it's actually a joke, until he actually does it; then, he has a secret plan that none of the stupid libs can understand. |
The administration does not have to provide evidence, unless there is a habeas claim. That is what the ACLU is bringing before the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court already ruled the government has to provide notice, which it did. |
Alien Enemies Act. I don't remember the timing, but Venezuela stopped accepting flights after earlier agreeing to them. I think now Venezuela is accepting flights. |
We don't know where the flight of Venezuelans was headed. |
Perhaps he meant 'homeboys' which is one level higher then Cheoque that Garcia was. It is not clear if Garcia moved up to the level of 'homeboy' or perhaps he left the gang after failing to achieve promotion. |
Yeah, except the first time he said it he was caught saying it on a hot mic during his meeting with Bukale. So it wasn’t actually to take the piss out of anyone the first time he said it. Trump 2.0 says a lot of things out loud and this time around you should take them literally. |
Now Bukele trying to prison swap with Venezuela. He says they’re harboring murderers, while the El Salvadorans in Venezuela were wrongly imprisoned for freedom of speech violations. So, the felon used taxpayer $$ to play chess with people’s lives, as a bargaining chip for a dictator. Lovely. |
We don't know for sure because there is no transparency ever. The administration will say whatever lie is convenient. But the Venezuelans were treated exactly as the first time around, coerced into signing papers affirming that they were in Tren de Aragua, and told repeatedly that they were about to be sent to CECOT. Seems like their lawyers, the ACLU, and the Supreme Court believed it. |
