Is $TSLA a buy here?

Wonder if OP bought when it was around $300? It’s now down to $222.

The profits and lack of growth just don’t justify the PE ratio.

But Musk says it’s an AI and Robotics company now, even though it has no sales or prospects of any sales in those fields! What the play, some unknown product in about a decade? Maybe we will get FSD first…..an area they are no longer even the leader in.

Glad to see you’re able to separate your thoughts on politics from your thoughts on finance, as requested in the OP. Also makes me much more confident in your predictions that the Great Depression 2.0 is right around the corner.

Ah yes AI, great path to profits! OpenAI only lost $5 billion last year and loses more money with every subscription.

And robotics, a pretty mature industry in many ways, so not many amazing new opportunities. Business genius

Probably bring the AI being used to collect data from all federal systems.

Wow, down another 15% today. Now down 55% from the all-time high.

Even if you're a hater, at a certain price, this has to be a buy. This is a Mag 7 company.

Remember in 2022 when Meta dropped 76% to $90/share? It hit $740/share less than a month ago. Yes, they're different companies and blah, blah, blah, but come on.

Their brand is toxic, and the myth of Musk is done.

That drop in Meta was caused by what’s her name leaving the company and selling all her shares.

This is very, very different. The brand is permanently tainted and was never worth even the current price, it’s a meme stock.

This. Unless they somehow cut him loose, they’re done.

No worries. Bezos will buy up a bunch when the price gets low enough. It has too much infrastructure to let it go under. It will survive.

Sure, at the fair market value for a car company with declining sales, which would be about $25-30. So still some way to go I fear.

Have you looked at the share price for Ford, GM or Stellantis lately? What about Volkswagon, Toyota, Porsche, or Honda?

Tesla's share price was all about future growth but Elon has pissed that all away. The cybertruck is the Homer. The brand is now toxic in Europe and Canada as well as their core market of American Progressives. BYD's are 1/3 of the price in China. Sales, around the world, have fallen off the cliff in 2025. Oh, and there's a recession coming that he helped manufacture.

The MOMO is gone and the fundamentals were always bad. What's left, from an investor perspective?

FB is below $600 now and crashing as fast as it skyrocketed.

Tesla after hours is $218.44. IG’s going down, down, and more down. No, OP this is not a good time to buy Tesla. Maybe when it reaches $80.00 a share.

Your orange Cheeto God is the one blathering about a recession, since you seem confused.

He has literally admitted that he is engineering a recession. And for no good reason other than the combination of malice and incompetence that drives all his decisions.
