Unlike Trump, Biden would have made sure the medical information was in the hands of researchers and medical practitioners, and if needed (and unlike RFK) would make sure that if vaccinations or other interventions were necessary, that the government would take those steps. He wouldn't tell people to drunk bleach or shine a light up their rears, or eat horse paste.

I would assume, since the CDC NIH and FDA can't make many public statements right now, that most people who don't believe in vaccines and masks are just going to be allowed to die.
