My DH told me he didn’t love our kids.

What was most shocking was the while I’d already suspected it, I just never thought he’d say it out loud.

Yes I’m still married to him. But I wish I had left when he said that.

Mom told me she never wanted to speak to me again if I married my future husband. 30 years later we are still married and I distanced myself from my mom and only had a superficial relationship until she died.
