Is this for women’s college soccer too? Just big 10 and ACC? Supposed to compete with the 14 year olds playing pro? |

College sports are now pro sports and pro sports people are going to take over.
It's going to be wonderful. 😊 |
Sure you were thinking about the Christian the Unicorn Anyhow There has been a demographic shift because Caucasian people world wide make about 7 percent of the population and shrinking and the only place where soccer is the number 1 sport is Europe. Most importantly Caucasian euros don’t have their kids growing up playing on the streets anymore dreaming of being the next star. Instead you have the foreign immigrants who are working class replacing them. It’s only a matter of time where many of the countries in Europe will look like the French national team. USA team included so rest easy. |
Are you kidding? Europe is not the close to the only place where soccer is the top sport (maybe you meant majority Caucasian place). It is in South America, Central America, and large parts of Africa. It sounds like you were basically making my point that if soccer was the top US sport rather than basketball and football, we'd be much better at it. Canada would also be significantly better if soccer replaced hockey as their dominant sport. Christian and Luke McCaffrey and Dennis Rodman and Charles Haley come to mind because of their direct connections to elite women's soccer. I think the influx of international talent is college soccer is great. Growing up in the international club system can make access to and valuing education tough. Those guys get degrees they can use and bring very different backgrounds to classes in Hanover or College Park than some private school kid from Bethesda. |
I was using Europe as an example because you mentioned the changing demographics in their leagues and racism. I’m explaining to you why the demographic is changing. |
