One could say the lady bringing this up from many years ago needs to grow up. Blake has been living in her head rent free all these years. She should seek help. |
It’s never about talent but connections. She’s not hurting in that department. |
True. Wasn’t she one of Harvey’s girls? |
Commenting on someone’s pregnant body and growing stomach is actually the definition of commenting on someone’s body. Are you slow? |
I don't think she needs help. She remembered Blake being a jerk and used this movie to bring it up in the news. Blake thought she was trashing one of the "little people" and had fun doing it; now Blake has a whole news cycle about what a jerk she is. It is a good reminder of not stepping on people because you never know when you'll see them again. |
| Some of you may not remember how common and trendy talking about "baby bumps" was for a while. It was really stupid. So although we know the interviewer shouldn't have said anything about Blake Lively's body, she was likely trying to find a friendly opening to the conversation and misjudged. Blake's reaction was angry and mean, which is her right, but I'm not applauding it. |
Also, people are trying to act like this woman called Lively fat or something. “Congrats on your little bump” means congrats on your baby. Normal people know this. |
Cute. But normal people also know commenting on someone’s size during pregnancy is a no-no. One would think an interviewer would actually know this. |
That’s the point…little bump means the baby, not her size. |
Are you stupid? The baby is not that big. It extra fluid, larger uterus, bloating, organs out of place, etc. Just stop talking you’re totally clueless. |
How dishonest of you to imply in a sideways manner that what the interviewer said was a slur. You people who think there is something wrong with someone congratulating you on a baby bump are snowflakes and idiots who live to have a reason to be offended. It's very attention seeking. |
Np. You're an overly sensitive snowflake and should grow up. The interviewer was attempting to congratulate Blake. The way Blake acted was complete mean, spoiled brat. |
Now you know. Don’t comment on “the bump” or you will get the wrath of a pregnant lady who may not appreciate it. |
These pro Blake trolls are deceptive. They know what you are saying but have to spin, spin, spin. |
The truth. Also I think Parker Posey was annoyed with *Blake* in that interview, not the reporter. Posey tries to joke to break the tension and repeatedly tries to steer the conversation back to the actual interview. I think the eye roll at the end was as much for Blake as the reporter-- just annoyance with the situation. |
