| Absolutely hideous exterior. Criminal. |
| I don’t think this will ever sell. Between the obvious damage, dirt, hideous exterior, location and wonky property lines with the neighbor…. Ick. |
Compared to what? The modern farmhouses and tear downs everywhere else? |
| Price on this one keeps going down, down, down. Not far enough though. I can’t imagine paying more than 1.3 for this…. |
And that's for a total teardown. |
| Down to 1.8 from 2.2. I’m taking bets it sells below the 1.73 from 2013. |
I can’t see how it’s worth even 1.5. Ugly, dirty, wonky property lines. Not to mention right on 495. I am positive you likely hear traffic from the beltway from there… |
| I need that turret! I've been looking for a place to really let my hair down... |
Plus all of the stark white. It was just painted, they should have found some color. Tile and all white = cold. |
Seriously? This house is not good at all for that price point. And if you’re willing to live outside Bethesda, houses much more appealing than this one, at half the price. |
| That house is the epitome of when people complain about unwalkable suburb McMansion. It’s right next to 495, is fugly, and you can’t walk anywhere from it. We should turn that whole area back to a nature preserve and house those people in some fancy condo in downtown Bethesda. |

I would pick the ww2 cracker box or the 70s split level. Why? Because it's likely cheaper and is on a MUCH bigger lot. You can tear it down and rebuild and have something much, much nicer than this one. They didn't put houses right on top of each other back then. |
| Love the view from the deck ... of endless rows of identical houses. |
You seem kinda gross. |
