Everyone's dream, no?

The location is the least of the problems with this carbuncle.

The house - both exterior and interior - has a lot of dubious design choices

"[D]ubious design choices" is quite charitable.

This looks like a house you would design for someone who slept with your spouse and gave you every sexually transmitted disease known to medical science.

IDK what they are thinking with that price…

So Many front facing garages!! The whold facade is garage garage garage doors.

The view from that huge deck. LOVE seeing the tops of my neighbors houses. They are so close I can reach out and tough them. That's what I love - being totally on top of my friends.

DP. I hate when garages are a facade's main feature. Well, and that turret.

This looks like a rejected design for a Bluth home.

That’s what it sounds like but no I’m not the agent. Just making a point that everything sells around here. Disagree?

Nice try agent.

You get paid to lie to your clients; we are not your clients.

This is NOT bethesda. Maybe in zip code only. I live in Bethesda in a lovely, tree-lined neighborhood that is walking distance to downtown Bethesda. This is the outer ring of hell!

That was a strange neighborhood/ location from the beginning. Gated for no real reason, houses built way too close together, not safe to walk anywhere due to busy River Road and built on a filled in quarry.
