You are like someone who thought slavery should be legal and said it's just a "different view". |
| Once again the party of tolerance is not tolerating those with different viewpoints. I'm completely disgusted of how you talk about other people. Proud of my governor, proud of these kids marching for life, and will pray for all of you to have a change of heart. All life is sacred from conception to natural death. And yes, I'm an educated, successful women. |
Why don't you cut your penis off instead? |
You can have different viewpoints all you want. I don't care. What I think you should not be able to do: tell women what reproductive health care they can and can't have, based on your viewpoint. So yes, I am intolerant of people making laws that impose their viewpoints on other people's bodies. And no, don't bring up vaccine requirements. Pregnancy is not an infectious disease. Neither is infertility. |
Clearly not that educated... |
|
The majority of men and boys hate women and girls. Do you really need more evidence than this aggressive rollback of the right to basic healthcare?
If you do, look at the statistics on violent crime - who is perpetrating most of it and upon whom much of it is perpetrated. If that doesn't convince you, look at our entertainment - how much of it is a sickening glorification of violence against women. This is a sick society. I'm grateful I was able to access abortion care when I was a young woman and that I was also able to access the birth control that allowed me to keep from bringing another life into this sick society, even when I was a victim of repeated date rapes and coerced sex as millions of women are. I would include my usual admonition to raise your sons better, but I've been reading here for years and have seen how many women are tolerating exploitation and abuse 'for the sake of the kids' and appear entirely clueless that those extra nickels they crave for their kids come at the cost of raising more entitled abusive men and more women who will eat that shit forever. |
Not even close to problem solved. I had a friend whose baby died at 22 weeks. There was no heartbeat. If 16 weeks was the law she would have been required to keep the dead baby inside her until the decomposition caused sepsis and posed an immediate risk to her life. That’s barbaric. |
That is not how that works. |
People who advocate for a ban after 16 weeks either don't know anything about why women have abortions, or they don't care. |
That is literally how it is working in TX, OH, FL and other states right now. |
That is how it works. |
No it is not lol. Do people really believe this? Removing a deceased fetus is not an abortion under any of those state's law. |
How nice that you can lol about women having to go into sepsis in the hospital parking lot, waiting for the heartbeat to stop, before they are allowed to receive the standard of care. |
The process to remove a dead fetus from a woman’s womb is called an abortion. It’s subject to the same laws and regulations as all abortions regardless of the reason for doing it. |
|
People, please educate yourself. For anyone who doesn’t believe that women would be forced to carry a dead fetus after abortion bans. It’s already happening.
