What’s going on with the theocratic intrusion in our laws?

Is this the path Christians want to lead the nation?

I’m sure Steve will delete this because sensitive posters can’t handle the pressure this post may cause.

It’s really looking like Gilead out there folks.

Who’s Steve?

There are many people who care about our country and want to discuss the conservatives’ attempt to destroy it.

Like the way you are attempting to destroy it. You want to first, huh?

Okay, great.

How about we stick to the thread topic which is that a batsht court in a sweatbox backwater state wrote Bible passages in his order to justify classifying embryos as children. In any civilized part of the world, this would cause a stir. But here many of the responses are: “ur dumb!”. I’m assuming those are coming from religious zealots who celebrate this slap in the face to modernity and science. “These durn librals is gittin’ they’re comeuppance! Uppity older women wanting kids with IVF!!! Not on my watch! No sir! My morality is their morality!!!!”

I’m not trying to destroy it. I believe in democracy and freedom of religion. Stop infringing on other people’s rights.

The same “no-government” right wing idiots cheering this decision will be the same ones clamoring for federal funds or medical assistance when all the maternity care doctors leave their state.

I’m not religious, but there are guiding principles that both religious and non-religious people follow that are in agreeance.
Do you condemn the 10 commandments?

Do you condemn IVF?

US is much too laxed on IVF and surrogacy.

Is English not your first language? It is lax. The correct English sentence if written by a non Russian speaking troll would be “The US is too lax on IVF.

Dp-Laxed is a word and can easily be looked up.

So not your first language either.

So your first language is foreign to you or you’re dim.
Get your crayons. Type these letters into your device.
First a g, then o, another o, g, l, e
Next go to any dictionary.
Now type the letters l, a, x, e, and d.
There are more examples of it if you just inquire. The internet will even give you an example in a sentence.
How about that? Wow!

There are a lot of words in the dictionary that aren’t typically used. Native speakers know this.

After you stop trying to infringe on others.

It’s weird seeing religion and science clash in the 21st century. It’s almost like seeing a horse in a hospital. Like why is it there? What is it helping?

You inadvertently admitted it is a word.
A word not typically used is still a word. Native speakers know this.

Not the pp but what? A word that is not frequently spoken is not something that native speakers are allowed to use? What are you talking about? This doesn’t make any sense.

No one said that. Native speakers can perceive uncommon words and phrases, even those that are technically correct.

St. Thomas Aquinas is the foremost theologian in the Roman Catholic Church. The Roman Catholic Church is the largest pro-life group in the country (and the world). The US Conference of Catholic Bishops just reaffirmed defeating abortion remains the preeminent priority in its voting guide distributed to Catholics.
