| Pending. I told my DS to not check anymore tonight. Enjoy his Friday and check tomorrow. |
He may end up waiting a full week, like it says on the CB site. |
| My DS took the test at JR and just got results |
My kid took it at Mount Vernon HS. No scores yet. I'm hoping that crazy mom on the earlier pages of this thread didn't call to invalidate the scores.
|
Ours just came in--maybe check one more time? |
| I'm earlier JR poster. We just got ours (on College Board website, didn't get an email yet) |
|
Son did not get email - but posted to College Board.
He was uncertain how he did as he was at a location that did not have AC and had the sun beating down on him - but he pulled it out and increased score 100 pts which was what he was shooting for. Excited to be done. |
| Scores are out, did not get the email yet but saw it online. Senior went from 1310 to 1380. Was hoping for a higher score but that will be enough for all but the 2 reach schools. |
| Mount Vernon HS score came in today. DD went down in math and up in reading. The combined best is all that matters right? |
Junior just got hers. She is pretty disappointed- 150 points less than her last practice test and she thought it went well
|
| Another disappointed kid here. Math seemed "easy." 100 points lower than last time. English gained by 20 so that's something. |

Although, I do understand a little bit from the parent point of view….. But in all honesty, I can’t see why parents would be so stressed about our kids getting their scores today versus tomorrow versus next week. Nothing changes.
Also, why are grown folks reading kids’ posts on Reddit. Don’t change. But know that there are others out there that feel sorry for you. And I’m glad that this site is anonymous so you can save face a little bit. You do need to land the helicopter and get a life. |
Helicoptors are well-meaning and supportive and ultimately do what parents are supposed to do - parent. Bug off. |
My kid got a 1310. Her first go. Junior (aged 15). She'll take it again in November and then leave it a year (or forever). |
| Congrats to those who got good results and so sorry to those who were disappointed. These things are stressful but just one piece of the portfolio. Hang in there, y'all. |
