I read that as forced tolerance for the kinds of behaviors that would've gotten a student expelled 10 years ago, but will now get a restorative justice circle.

This is just an easy way to avoid punishing anyone by gaslighting the victim. Just constantly ask "oh, did you consider their experience and perspective?"

Yeah, the last thing they really want is for students to appreciate all perspectives. If kids come from conservative households and share their families’ values, their views will be unwelcome, not appreciated.

If their "conservative values" include hating on trans kids, of course that will not be welcome.

Wanting girls' sports to be for girls is not 'hating on trans kids"
Wanting privacy from biological boys in a girls' restroom is not "hating on trans kids."

Why do you want to give up women's rights for a very small minority that plays an outsized performance in girls' sports?

+1
Division, Entitlement, and Intimidation. Just treat everyone with respect and kindness and focus on academic excellence for all. Enough of this BS.

+ a million
As soon as someone like the PP spouts off on "hating trans kids" I simply tune out. These are extremists.
