It’s all about symmetry. The best plastic surgeons create symmetry. That’s what’s happened here. The best plastic surgery look is obtained over a series of surgeries well spaced apart. Also the bad/obvious surgeries are done with a look in mind. “I wanna look like blank, blank blank”, instead of just focusing on what you have, and focusing on symmetry, and the obvious surgeries occur too quickly or all at once.
