How obese? My pcp is stingy with these meds. I’m clinically obese and pre diabetic but I don’t “look” obese. Maybe I need a new doctor.

I'm sure you all want universal healthcare. Thanks to eating a bunch of crap and not exercising I now have 10 lbs to lose. I can't imagine having to lose 100. The time to wake up was long ago.
