I live near the former DHS guy Chad Wolf. Extremely aggressive and obnoxious protestors protested there pretty much weekly. He and his wife had two small kids under 10 at the time.

It was despicable.

Your rant is incorrect. The case next term regarding the state legislatures would indeed take away the vote for federal elections.

I dont see why there is so much anger. This Supreme Court has been very clear that screaming from close proximity is a perfectly valid form of protest. Legislatures do not have unlimited power to make any and all laws that they want. Roe v Wade was not having 9 unelected people make laws. It was giving women rights over their own bodies and saying that legislatures did not have the rights to make laws that infringed on the rights of women to make their own medical decisions. The constitution does not give legislatures the right to pass laws about abortion - the Bill of Rights says that all rights not enumerated in the Constitution are reserved for the state and the people. Six unelected judges, all but one of whom were appointed by a president who lost the popular vote, decided that the states have more rights than the people. That is what people are upset about. There are no babies and nobody is killing babies. It isn't a baby if it can't survive without the mother being alive and making sure it grows before giving birth to it.
