Yeah...yikes. The people saying singles or DINKs do not have a great read on what most of those want. They're not leaving Logan or wherever for this. It's not even super metro accessible.

That spot is really weird. You can't really see the entrance from the road - it feels like it was an ADU/afterthought built on an existing lot. Makes more sense as a rental property for AU students etc.

Gotta say, I’m having a real sense of schadenfreude with this one. The owners not accepting over-asking offers was such a stupid move a few years back.

The AI staging relocated the ceiling pot lights and removed an HVAC vent. I hate AI staging and this type (where they are not just adding fake furniture but actually manipulating items that are part of the house) should violate some sort of real estate regulations.


It also has a chair in front of where the fridge would be. SMH. It's a terribly designed kitchen for anyone who actually has to cook something.
