Who is "gleefully cackling"? No one. Some posters are pointing out potential risky side effects of using a surrogate and the questionable ethics of paying someone to have your baby for you. These are legit issues that should be considered.

A preemie baby is lucky to have parents who will have resources to give them all the care they need. My friends are two professionals and having a preemie baby basically devastated them financially.
